....... SINHAGAD ........

Its been long since I updated this blog .. fearing that google ll take away this free space from me .. I have decided to write something :)

Its about a trek to sinhagad [ I just call it a trek so that I feel like some achievement :)] . I have a friend who works at Bangalore . Whenever he comes down to pune , we visit sinhagad [for the reason that most of us are not motivated for more trouble and I don feel like a holiday if I just go out and eat at places!] ..
For a change this time we had started at 4.30 in the morning . It wasnt easy either for me or others to do that .. but that was our only claim to fame !! . Shockingly we found around 100 people there early morning !! so much for -peace or adventure .. the prev night was a full moon .. so many ppl had gone in the night itself ! which killed the remaining sense of adventure .
When we started at the bottom there were 2 girls ahead us .. and then there came a strange creature running down . It was running fast and had 2 light on his forhead .. that made it look even furocious . Just before the creature was supposed to crash on the girls [they were half dead from the shock of it anyway] we realized ,an enthusiastic trekker was running down and he had those flashlights tied to his forehead !! we busted out laughing loud. People do come with lots of preparation to trek sinhagad!!
As we were climbing up.. already dead with the hardship .. there came an old man walking from behind . he was climbing up so casually as if he is walking in a graden , easily overtook us and kept on going further ..his face was totally wrinkled .. I was afraid he ll fall in between and we would have to catch him ..not that we were confident that this would not happen with us ! . Finally after reaching the top we spoke to him . To my amazement he was 74 years old and was climbing it every sunday !!! that killed all the remaining achievement that i felt after reaching the top. !!
Anyways we celebrated our achievement by glutting lots of buttermilk , curd and lemon juice that we get there . All in all it was time well spent

Guess how it feels when u break a world record and somebody cracks ur record b4 it is registered....
Australia tasted it when SA just snatched out the victory 4m them when they scored the highest ever total of 434 simply to loose.....
what a fine day of cricket it ad been when the so called celebrated world champions were not able 2 defend a score of 434!!....wid baller like Lee balling only 8 overs and to my surprise he balled a half pitch ball 2 a 11th batsmen whom he could have knocked out wid an yorker aimed at the block hole!!!
Well hats off 2 SA they have proved that even impossible says 'IMpossible' and 4 australia lets say that 'TO ERR IS HUMAN!!!'.

ORKUT

Thats the word around now a dayz.....its in the air...ORKUT fever creates greater panic than bird flew!!!..
Well first upon i ll take this oportunity 2 congratulate google 4 comin up with such a gud concept 2 socialize...
Net at my place means long nights....and with orkut around the official bed time is 3.30pm...not 2 mention the rising time of 10.30 am and bunking the college.Sucess of Orkut is evident from the fact that its banned in our college which has the reputation of banning any new technology that's boomimg be it mobile phones....or wi-fi or even high speed net.Probably the most clebrating factor about orkut is that u get 2 meet all the long lost frinds out there whom you thought you ll bever see them in your lifetime again..wid loads of communities where u meet ppl wid similar thinking and share experiences.
It has definately made the world a smaller place....Once again hats off to Google !!!

Results

Well all that has started again!!!....there have been loads of rumours about results coming in these week...the most prominent being that there has been a notice put up in some xyz college.......
All of these start right back at the exam hall where we can hear.....this was the most diff paper in the history of the university!!!...OR.....half of the questions were out of the syllabus...OR....this time may be they'll pull down the passing marks!!!...
Newayz waiting for the results and thinking about the results of results! is still something which sends a shiver in my body cause i gotta maintain my first class to able 2 join IBM ..........the axe is on everybody's head ...i hope it doesnt fall on me!!!
